Even as it shrinks its North American product portfolio, General Motors is negotiating with Toyota Motor Corp. to determine a new GM product to be jointly produced at the automakers' 50-50 joint venture, New United Motor Manufacturing Inc. A GM spokesman said that, if successful, the negotiations would result in a new model for one of GM's surviving brands -- Chevrolet, Buick, GMC or Cadillac.
The 480hp Nissan Super Juke
Only last week we had news that the appealing Nissan Juke has had a few tweaks to make it more economical; more suited to its urban environment. But now comes new from the other end of the economy spectrum with a report that Nissan Europe is planning a monster ‘Super’ Juke complete with the turbo V6 from the Nissan GT-R. We’ve been teased and tormented by the long, drawn-out tease for the Mercedes SLS AMG - the in-house replacement for the mighty Mercedes McLaren SLR. We’ve had what I thing is a first – an SLS Official Spy Video – and endless bits and pieces on the Gullwing. But now – ahead of the official launch of the SLS next week at Frankfurt – the damn has burts and the first official images have leaked out Mercedes.
